Known for his ability to scale operations and create innovative solutions, he made a significant impact with one of his standout ventures, GreenZone Solutions a trailblazing digital transformation and IT modernization consulting firm (supporting federal customers) based in the heart of the Northern Virginia/DC Area. As the founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO), Mr. Hussain grew the company to over 200 employees and increased annual revenue to nearly $50 million. His leadership was crucial in driving not only financial growth but also in building a strong reputation within the digital transformation industry. Qasim was ultimately instrumental in guiding GreenZone through rapid growth, shaping its strategic direction, and optimizing its operational excellence while maintaining a focus on delivering value to clients and positioning GreenZone as a powerhouse in the GovCon tech sector.

In 2021, after years of success, Qasim guided GreenZone to a successful exit by orchestrating its sale to The Ambit Group, now part of DMI. This acquisition is a testament to his skill in building ventures that are both impactful and sustainable.

A proud graduate of George Washington University, Qasim currently resides in Northern Virginia with his wonderful wife and four children who share a passion for soccer. He enjoys quality time with his family and is also an enthusiastic golfer.
