As Vice President at Ryansh Corporate Solutions Inc. (RCSI), Brenda provides the vision for strategic sales, business development, capture, and proposal activities. Brenda brings a dynamic, results-oriented approach to growth, institutionalizing rigor and focus into the business development and capture engine. With more than 45 years in the industry, Brenda is a seasoned executive who possesses sharp business acumen and extensive federal institutional expertise to position RCSI at the forefront of opportunity. Brenda has served as the CEO of BearDen Solutions, Inc., a woman-owned small business specializing in program management, acquisition management, financial management, and technology services. Throughout her tenure, Brenda has supported numerous federal agencies in the areas of acquisition support, project management support, SharePoint administration, and Federal Procurement Data System integration support.

Brenda attended Georgia State University and has held several leadership roles with the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) within the DC metro area.
