As Managing Principal and Chief Executive Officer, Pooja Behl provides vision and leadership for Ryansh Corporate Solutions Inc. (RCSI). She is responsible for RCSI’s direction, strategic goals, and growth objectives, with a focus on delivering transformative solutions for defense and civil missions. Pooja’s dynamic management style ensures consistent delivery excellence to customers and fosters a strong culture of professional growth within RCSI. Pooja is a seasoned management executive in the federal and commercial sectors and brings over 15 years of experience in consulting, program/project management, quality improvement, and business development.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance from Delhi University. Pooja is a VA resident and has two boys and a dog. She is an ”avid golfer.”
